Payments
It's All About Paris accepts PayPal. We do not accept cash or COD's. When we receive your payment, your
order will be shipped. When using PayPal, we can only ship to the Buyer's PayPal Confirmed Address.
Confirmation
It's All About Paris will send you two confirmations via email. One when your order is placed and one when it
ships including the carrier information.
Shipping Options
It's All About Paris makes every effort to used the most cost effective and/or efficient form of transport.
Damage/Loss in Shipping
We take every precaution to make sure your package arrives in a complete and timely manner. However,
"stuff" happens. If your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and the
shipping carrier. Hold on to the container and all the packing materials until advised otherwise by the
shipping carrier. They may need to inspect the merchandise . Call the shipping carrier and then email us the
information for the carrier so we can process the claim.
Shipping and Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please follow the following steps.
+Notify itsallaboutparis@yahoo.com. Please indicate why the item is being returned . It's All About Paris will
gladly exchange the item or credit your credit card or Pay Pal.
+Repack the item in its original packaging and include the packing invoice.
+Send back your item(s) with an insured courier. Retain your insurance receipt. It's All About Paris will not be
responsible for product lost or damaged in return transit.
+Notify us, via email, that your return has been shipped,
itsallaboutparis@yahoo.com, please include the name of the carrier and the tracking number.

Shipping on international sales can very greatly. You may be contacted for additional
shipping costs if you represent an international sale. You will of course have the option
